Quilting course: mini quilt

For whom?

This course is suitable for anyone with Some experience with a sewing machine . You've sewn something before (e.g., a bag, pillow, or garment) and know how to use a sewing machine. This is a great next step if you want to expand your sewing skills with quilting techniques.

Please note: we won't explain the sewing machine step by step. You must be able to sew independently.

During these two mornings we will take you through the entire process:

• Sewing a quilt with Half Square Triangle blocks
• Making the quilt “sandwich” (top, batting and backing)
• Quilting with a simple pattern
• Making bias tape from quilting cotton
• Neatly finishing and binding your quilt

Everything clearly explained and built up step by step.

At the end you will have a sleek, modern mini quilt of 50 x 50 cm in your hands.
